What You’ll Bake
During the workshop, you’ll create 6 types of sourdough bread, including:
Suorama: A Finnish-French country bread with a perfect balance of wheat and rye.
Ruisleipä: Traditional rye bread made with our 100-year-old sourdough starter, Helvi.
Kale: Hearty oat-packed bread for a rich, satisfying flavor.
Unelma: A substantial loaf with whey, topped with pumpkin and sesame seeds.
Baguette: Crispy, golden, and perfect for sandwiches or dipping.
Bread Buns: Soft, fluffy, and ideal for any occasion.
At the end of the day, you’ll take home all the bread you’ve baked, ready to share (or keep all to yourself!).

Arrive at 9:00 AM for a warm welcome and breakfast.
